September 5, 2013 - Last bottle....
Still going nicely and has a great balance of tannins, acidity, dark fruit and earthy-notes.
Black cherries, rustic tannins, hints of cedar and ground up pine needles. Some roasted black peppercorns. Maybe some bitter-sweet cocoa powder1 person found this helpful Comment -
