March 30, 2024 - Just a bit off. No review. Certainly drinkable and ready with better bottles. Bought on release, temperature controlled, professional storage.

July 10, 2023 - Last bottle and still beautiful. Firm acids, a hint of tannin, alongside bitter cherry, earth and light tobacco. Bright purple-red with little real signs of age beyond more complexity and silky mouthfeel. I would bet on this holding for several more years although no real need.

May 16, 2023 - In a beautiful spot, maybe even at its peak as it suits my palate. Violet hued and a pretty clear rim. Cranberries, grilled meat, alpine stones, and dried flowers on the nose. Juicy and medium-full on the palate, again very fresh, I experience the poise and balance here as a deep pleasure. Wish I had a case of this.

February 27, 2022 - Silken with dark fruit. Definitely on the darker side of the Gamay spectrum but balanced with good acidity and moderate alcohol levels . Definitely not tired or over the hill to my tastes.

January 1, 2022 - I see notes that’s it’s past peak. There’s still good tannin structure. I’m not sure the flavors will change much as the turtiary flavors are taking over with some strawberry and raspberry still there. Lovely after 3 days.
