October 2, 2012 - What a great wine, wow. Started showing a touch of wood, complementing the richness of the wine but always lifted by a great acidity. Pineapple, lemon, a hint of cinnamon. After a day, the wine became much more mineral and almost Chablis like (richer). Amazing.
