September 8, 2023 - PnP but better after 10 minutes of air. This bottle was from Lot 02/21 and is 100% Sangiovese. A medium bodied palate showed red and black cherry, some earth, juicy acidity, and just a touch of tannin on the finish. Paired well with lasagna and will probably do so with any tomato sauce dish. Will hold but showing well now with a bit of air.

July 9, 2023 - Decanted for 15 min an d had with pasta. This was Lot 0221- which is made up of 3 vintages; 10% 2020, 70% 2019, 20% 2018.
Drinking really well right now. with a darker cherry profile, and great balance. medium+ body, had a nice mouthfeel. great QPR, time to go out and restock -

브리딩이 좀 되고나서는 붉은 과실 계열로 변화한듯 체리 느낌이 물씬.
13.5도 도수에 비해 좀더 농익은 느낌이지만 알콜감이 과하진 않고 매력적이다.
가성비 굿 -
