April 9, 2023 - Last Magnum drunk as the opening white on a big Easter Sunday lunch. The wine is for sure at the end of its life but still a magnificent drop and very well blended Friuli wine. Dark colour in the glass and pretty rich with age but maintains its structure and fruit. Couple of glasses each was ideal and meant I had a couple of glasses left for the next night and those were the best. Great wine.

December 25, 2022 - Christmas day white from the Magnum. Age has given the wine a deep golden colour the glass but it remains dry, fruit-laden and mineral. Outstanding glass of aged blended Sauvignon, Pinot Blanc and Friulano.

April 8, 2017 - Opera Wine 2017 - 100 Great Producers (Verona, Italy): { OperaWine2017, Verona } Delicious, compelling blend of Pinot Bianco, Friulano and Sauvignon; medium-bodied, dry, with a lengthy, flavor-filled finish. Tropical, floral, orchard, seaspray - you name it, it's here, and it's harmonious, i.e. it's all in balance, and it's still showing very good freshness, even at 8+ years. Perhaps at the peak of its preferred plateau at the moment, but should continue to show quite well thru 2025. 13,5% abv., don't be afraid to aerate in decanter for an hour. highly recommended

November 6, 2014 - Maurizio Felluga Visits Madrid (Enoteca Barolo - Madrid): Lacking elegance on the nose if compared with last 2009, less harmony and more preponderance of tocai.
Palate doesn't seem to be conceived for lasting. Seems to be ready just for food.

Nariz menos elegante que el 2009 con menos armonía y preponderancia de la tocai
La boca no está concebida para perdura en el tiempo. Parece lista para comer.

July 19, 2013 - Stunning nose of water mellon, mango, passion fruit, noble animal scents and just hints of greenness (from s.b.). Medium+ bodied, terrific fruit concentration and high acidity. Long aftertaste. Seductive wine, ideal to pair with Asian cuisine. Sauvignon blanc and friulano. Still a long life ahead.
