April 5, 2011 - Tasted at room temperature after glass decanting about 5 hours. Lots of topical fruit on the nose, with background notes of citrus and minerals. Biting acidity on the palate with a nice core of tropical fruit and citrus. The finish adds more acidity plus a nice stone aftertaste.

August 9, 2010 - price has come down quite a bit to a healthy $18.99 from $22. bulb fennel on the nose and more minerality than fruit. neutral barrel seems to be the idea here, mixed with stainless. lively palate, again very serviceable minerality.
