April 19, 2011 - Brilliant Riesling! Complex, rich aromas full of tropical fruits, citrus and minerals, excellent concentration and mouth feel with brilliant acids and a long, crystal clear finish. As an experiment we tried it with veale that had been cooked on the charcoal grill with asparagus and mushrooms. The match was suprisingly good.

September 12, 2009 - Golden shiny colour. Rich and complex bouquet with notes of peach, tropical fruit, citrus, flowers and rose petals. On the palate well-structured, with nice citrussy acidity. Dense, concentrated and rich. Long citrussy aftertaste.
