November 24, 2020 - Faint hint of pink to the hue. Strawberry tinted nose, and indeed palate. Fine vigorous bubbles, dry, medium high acidity and medium/full weight. Moderate autolysis character. Some bakery quality to the flavour too; there's altogether a pleasing developing aura about this. Persistent finish; tidy wine. (by the glass at Pendolino, Sydney)
