October 21, 2023 - True beauty. Great old world nose of barnyard funk. Only France can do this. So delicious in the mouth. Smooth velvety long finish yumminess.

Surprised how wide open this was. Popped, decanted, drank over an hour. Kept getting better. This is a very special wine. Amazingly better than the Grivot Richebourg I recently had (and at 1/5 the price)!!

February 8, 2023 - On the nose ripe raspberry with mushroom and slightly ethereal notes. On the palate precise fruit, ethereal, supple, round, harmonious; well integrated wood, incisive acidity and good length out the back. Really fun and drinks wonderfully - great wine.

February 6, 2023 - Pronounced nose intensity with notes of mushroom, earth, toast, ripe red fruits. Medium+ acidity and medium tannin. Drinking beautifully.

May 17, 2016 - BONNES MARES ORIZZONTALE; 5/16/2016-5/17/2016: Degustato alla cieca.
Buonissimo

May 10, 2016 - MASTER BORGOGNA 2016; 5/10/2016-7/10/2016 (LA MADERNASSA RESORT GUARENE): Mescolate insieme Bonnes Mares + Terres Rouges + annata 2009 + legno da boscaiolo di Marsannay..... cosa ottenete??! :O
