February 11, 2024 - Drink up....wont improve from here. Nope and palate carry lemon curd, green apple, wet stones, suggestions of fresh hay. Acid is resolved. Finish is medium tho was longer a few years ago.

More buttery and creamy on the palate, travels long, honey and apricot stone bitterness on the finish. Interesting but I'm happy I got around to tidying this up at last.

Having said that this still showed nicely with citrus, good minerality, some red apple to boot. Liked nose more as the night went on.
