Nose of pineapple and honey.
Honeyed on the palate but lacking a little energy, the juice is there, with beautiful flavors of chamomiles and apricots. Good balance, but the finish lacks vigor, it crashes a little where we expect spring.
Pleasant nonetheless. -

October 12, 2013 - Old world style for sure- this needs about 30 minutes to fully open up. Good earthy and nut tones. Paired great with creamy cheeses. At $25 a glass it's hard to say its a good value but I wasn't disappointed and would likely do it again.
