April 24, 2018 - Cellaraid Discovery Box; 5/19/2017-5/26/2021 (Delivered to Home): deep ruby; pretty acidic, tannins quite resolved, full bodied, quite intense; black cherry, paprika, capsicum, coffee, chocolate, brambles, smoke, earthy; best to consume now

January 8, 2016 - Welcomed with big nose or red and black fruits on the nose. After breathing for ten mins the nose becomes a little thin. Obvious shiraz spice on the platate. Wine only begin to settle down at stabilise after an hour plus. Not as nicely aged as I would expect it to be. Drank from a magnum. Went well with blue cheese.
