    January 15, 2020 - WIML93

    Tasted non blind.

Dark garnet to purple color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of tobacco, roasted plum and cassis. Flavors of tart raspberries, cherries and dried plums. Tart acidity, medium tannin, full bodied. Drink now. Maybe the short term.

January 15, 2020 - Still going strong. Opened for about 30 minutes before it hit its stride. Drink now.

    January 29, 2019 - WIML93

Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. Followed over about two hours.

Dark garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of violet, cassis, plums and boysenberries. Flavors of boysenberries, black cherries and plums. Medium to bright acidity, medium tannin, full bodied. Drink or hold.

NOTE: I purchased this bottle at the winery and flew it home with me as checked baggage so the provenance is impeccable for this bottle.
