October 12, 2012 - Decanted 6 hours prior to tasting. Red fruits with nicely integrated oak. Coffee and cocoa flavors broadly sweep the palate. Soft and smooth with just a hint of the structure on both sides. Nicely polished, so easy to drink.

May 17, 2011 - Very nice wine, pop and pour would probably mellow if given time to rest. Deep garnet color, nice medium finish, a bit fruity but very good.

October 16, 2010 - A hot blazing nose from the get go with this wine. Maintains wonderful rustic color and
body offering both red and black fruit to it's repertoire of flavor nuances. A detailed
chocolate laced and dried oak finish. This red is still rough around the edges, but
has all the elements for a great wine. A Hell's Kitchen built unlike any other, this is
broad, tannic and possesses a firm structure for aging, but needs time to smooth
things out. Jada tasting room - Paso Robles Harvest Festival.
