June 8, 2005 - Bordeaux Blends (abs sp): This one was surely the closest to the only real bordeaux wine of the tasting. It did fool some of us but quite a few noticed a little too much oak for bordeaux and this gave it away. Some good signs of aging, complex nose,very aromatic. Good acidity, very old world style, good persistence.
