Community Tasting Notes 1

December 25, 2016 - The color is just gorgeous, of a honey orange candy. Aromas are lovely. Slightly oxidized apple, with a slight brandy component to it coupled with a burnt caramel toffee. Really smells decadent and delicious. I love it. Really awesome acid on the palate; I love the coating mouth feel. The finish is similar, with rip roaring acidity at the end, which is very nice. Some orange peel note lingers for a long while. This well exceeded my expectations.
