    November 9, 2022 - Still drinking well.

July 5, 2010 - first experience with this producer. opened early just for fun. specs on it ran 88 g/l of sugar and 8.1 g/l acidity. concentrated aromas of ripe apple, pear, slate and a slight nutiness. rich with a smooth texture with intense layers of fruit and acidity rushing over the palate carrying great slatey minerality through the long finish. a more dessert styled auslese, but it was great just on its own.
