November 7, 2005 - Opened up our last bottle of this syrah for our surf and turf dinner last night. A bit thin upfront but it quickly warmed up to reveal nice fruit forward taste. Still a bit of tannin left so if you have a bottle or two no rush just yet. I have previously sampled the '02 of this wine and was not impressed by it.
