June 3, 2018 - A bit heavier than I last recall, lacking some finesse and a little short but seems to be holding up well enough. Likely better as a younger wine I feel.

September 2, 2016 - nice wine. Versatile, very drinkable with just about anything.
not a complex mind-bender, a wine to quaff over simple fare and good conversation. No need to hold any further. -

August 22, 2014 - OK. Not realy loving these 2009 Beajoulais..seems I am a pinot man at heart. A bit too chewy and earthy still.

August 6, 2014 - Pretty simple Beaujolais but very drinkable. Nice, juicy fruit, moderate depth with some fine, but firm, tannins which make it quite a nice food wine. A little one dimensional but good value and easy drinking.

September 24, 2013 - Medium bodied, savoury with good acid and tannin structure. Black cherries, mild spice and a little aniseed. A little short on the finish but good enough value and in a nice place right now. Can't see it improving significantly.
