January 10, 2015 - Nose: Dark Fuits, cherry and vanilla
Color: Garnet color
Palate: Fruit forward with dark fuits, cherry, and spice flavors
Finish: Medium bodied with very low tannins and very little acidity
Decanting: Popped an poured
Thoughts: This is a wine that we keep in our cellar. We could tell it was getting to the end of it's prime drinking age. -
