October 31, 2018 - Consumed over 2 days (vacuvined), note from day 2. Nose: Medium expressiveness, dark fruit - black raspberry and plum, brush, Asian spice, and charcoal. Palate: Medium-full bodied, red and black fruit attack, tobacco and spice dominate the mid-palate, excellent balance and flavor persistence from front to back. Finish: Medium-plus length dominated by spicy dark fruit and earthiness. This wine is peaking at the moment, don't see it getting any better.

October 12, 2017 - Consumed over 2 days (vacuvined), note from day 2. Nose: Medium expressiveness, milk chocolate, eucalyptus, vanilla, with blue and black fruit undertones. Palate: Medium-full bodied, black berry, plum, and Asian spice attack, good mid-palate persistence and acidic balance, back-end shows ripe dark fruit and chocolate. Finish: Medium length dominated by spicy dark fruit. Drinking very well at the moment looking at 1-3 year window to drink up.

September 5, 2015 - First off, this is quite the war club. Really heavy bottle. Popped and poured. Dark berry fruit with some blueberry notes, hint of smoke, some charred oak and vanilla. Similar flavors on the palate with a very rich fruit palate coating mouthfeel. Medium acid and tannins with a touch of over ripe fruit and chocolate on the finish. Tasty wine and solid for the sale price paid but came across a bit sloppy. I would probably drink up if holding any of these as I do not think it has the structure for more aging.
