Community Tasting Notes 2

October 2, 2015 - Ripe honeyed nose, fermenting apples. The palate is medium body and medium dry with ripe Apple fruit, honeyed edge, good acidity to keep it clean on the mid length finish.

January 20, 2014 - Just so nicely wound, with a youthful zest but careful definition that defines Zilliken wines. Needs 2-3 more years to develop all of its complexity. Right now, honey, grapefruit, cumquat and loquat flavors with still too much fruit.
