July 19, 2020 - Very approachable at the first sip. Great juicy raspberry, blackcurrant and cherry aroma and flavour. Good black fruits aftertaste. Smooth drinking experience. Light spiciness. Perfect pairing with meat. Well matured. Recommend to drink now.

August 5, 2018 - Very pedestrian one day 1, but really came to life on day 2 after a little time in the bottle. Paired great with pork ribs. Drink now with a brief decant or hold for a few more years.
