May 4, 2013 - I agree with one of the previous notes that this needs a good decant, or at the very least it needs to be opened a couple of hours before drinking.
What you get if you do is a fresh bouquet of red fruits and spicy plums, what you get if you dont is like pure alcohol!
The flavours are also less striking but no less lovely. More red fruit with a little blueberry and some more spice. -

September 7, 2011 - decanting is a must. Wonderful nose. Red fruits. Plum. A bit too acidic.
Less fruit forward then one can expect from the geography.
