December 22, 2017 - First bottle in over 4 years. Poured from magnum and served with grilled fish tacos.
Very Chablis with aromas of ocean mist, lemon zest, and limes. Tamed but energetic acidity with crisp green apple, lemon zest, chalk, and a palate cleansing crispness overall. An almost lanolin like texture, and medium weight mouthfeel. Consistent remarks from all drinkers. Drink through 2020.1 person found this helpful Comment -

June 12, 2014 - A surprise. This was better than the other bottles of this from this 'strange' vintage. Citrus, seashells, white flowers and minerals. Nice wine.
