  April 19, 2010 - The Estate Reserve is always an outstanding wine. The 2001 is drinking beautifully. It just exploded with raspberries on the nose when we opened it. Plenty of berry fruit on the palate while still being subtle and sophisticated and smooth.

  November 28, 2006 - Nice meaty zinfandel with spice and pepper notes. Not a big fruit driven wine if that's what you are looking for, this was more balanced. A gift from Ken for a random Tuesday night meal. Stayed fairly closed over a 2 hour dinner, would have benefited from some decanting. Maybe better in a year or two.

  October 21, 2006 - This one never disappoints me. Solid structured Zin but not over the top at all. Full of black fruit and nice mellow cocoa finish. Always makes me go "mmmmmmmm". My first case purchase, there are now only 4 remaining. Sorry I didn't buy more.
