November 27, 2019 - Paired with pizza. Followed 94 and 00 Dalla Valle as well as a bottle of nice white wine. I was concerned that this wine might have passed its prime based on the previous CT notes, but this was WOTN. Just everything I expect from a nice mature Cabernet. Great QPR compared to Dalla Valle.

February 12, 2015 - A darn good elegant cab. Opened an hour before, but actually got better over next few hours. Has at least a few years left in it.

December 17, 2013 - APPEARANCE = Deep, Ruby Red, clear, opaque, no sediment - 4
BOUQUET = Berry Fruits, Black Fruits, Cassis, lt. butter, lt. wood, - 12
TASTE = Moderate body, good berry fruit, smooth, light tannin, good length - 14
PREFERENCE = Peaking and stable, good, solid Cab, a favorite style - 3 -

May 1, 2013 - Really enjoyed this bottle with a friend this week. Blackberry, vanilla, subtle hints of tobacco. Full-bodied, very smooth, deep ruby red color, moderate tannins. Seems to be the perfect time to drink this now.
