December 28, 2010 - *tasted blind* Typical notes of petrol, lemon curd, chalk, lime and green apple sauce. Zippy acidity on the palate balanced with a touch of residual sugar and tons of fruit. Long, fruity, minerally finish. Amazing example of what Niagara can, and should be. Great effort.
