April 16, 2012 - Giallo paglierino riflessi oro, non apritelo adesso....naso chiuso sa di erbe e mineralità, bocca "acida", abb sapido, in bocca è un pò aggressivo e scontroso, è in una fase di passaggio perchè qualche mese fa era molto diverso.

July 18, 2011 - Giallo paglierino scarico, bollicina fine, naso fresco sensazioni di mela verde e pera , qualche fruttino rosso piccolo accompagnato da sensazioni di cognac , bocca fresca, con una bolla legg. sgraziata, si fa bere molto bene con un finale fresco fruttato.

March 23, 2011 - Giallo paglierino , carbonica fine, naso molto minerale roccioso e sabbioso, note leggermenti verdi di clorofilla forse e mela verde, in bocca ha una bollicina molto fine, bella acidità e mineralità che prende il cavo orale e continua a invogliare la beva.
