July 17, 2017 - (Disgorged in July 2009, Blanc de Noirs, 100% Pinot Noir)
Lovely orange colour with a stream of fine beads moving slowly to the surface releasing a maturing nose showing wild strawberries, vanilla fudge and hints of wood. Softened palate with a refreshing taste of raspberries and with a vanilla touched finish showing structure and lovely notes of juniper. This was a great experience, and this cuvée is really turning into something very special. Right now in the midst of its life still showing freshness and an incipient hint of maturity. I feel this could evolve into a monumental and mature wine given another decade and a half. Best 2014-2039. -

November 26, 2016 - BYO @ Mathias: Drinking very nicely with lovely red fruit intensity and lots of elegance.
Still, it is packed with flavor but balanced nicely by a great minerality and acidity.
Loved it! -

June 23, 2016 - (Disgorged in spring of 2009) Very nice orange colour with a stream of bubbles showing how gracefully it has matured with a nose showing flowers and hints of leather in a wonderful combination. The palate is lovely with hints of acacia flowers and blood orange with a long bitter lime finish that lasts for ever. Compared with last year these have opened up and showing much more flavours. Drinking very nicely right now, but will definitely reward cellaring!

May 5, 2016 - (Disgorged in spring of 2009) Orange colour with small bubbles giving way for the lovely incipient maturity showing a creamy blood orange, mineral and a hint of smoke. Fresh maturing palate with lots of acidity to lift the lovely blood orange fruityness and with a nice long finish. Drinking very lovely right now, but feels like it has much more to give! Best 2014-2034. 93p.

June 13, 2015 - (Disgorged fall of 2008) Orange colour with a nice stream of bubbles. Showing some maturity on the nose, but still quite closed down only revealing minerals and some nuts. Rather smooth on the palate with an intensive taste of bitter orange and with a grapefruit peel finish. Feels like it's intermediate between a youthful and mature style. Should be kept at least for 5 years if a more mature rosé is wanted. Will probably be magical in 10-20 years.
