April 24, 2014 - WES - Meet the Winemaker Jean -Michel Jacob from Domaine Lucien Jacob (LSE Holborn): Medium intense. Very dark. Quite a lifted sweet nose with some mint. Ceps. Balanced, lush, complex and savoury. Great length.
