Community Tasting Notes 2

December 1, 2016 - It starts with great promise, deep garnet color, dark berry and earth tones on the nose, the taste however, does not back it up. Lack of body, short finish, simple notes of dark berries throughout. We may have missed its peak, if there ever was one. Will not purchase again.

November 14, 2016 - The wine looks deep rose colored. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like red currant, cherry and light toast. It tastes like cherry and forest floor. The body is medium/full. The wine has medium body and smooth texture with a medium finish. The wine has medium acidity and fine, silky tannins. Was a good pairing with t-bone steak. It is near or at its peak as of this writing.
