April 2, 2011 - Just Another Lousy Day in Paradise (Yountville, CA): (A special cuvee made for this restaurateur at 4 atm pressure and with 4 g/l dosage.) Pale color with strong mousse. Delicate scents of baked bread, yeast and lemon. Meyer lemon dominates an otherwise tight mouth impression, and there is a nugget of aggressive midpalate hardness I at first took for barely detectable TCA. A bit of air and higher temperature dissipated that impression, but this is still in its shell and needs buffering food.

January 1, 2011 - Citrus with sharp ending not my favorite

August 4, 2010 - California Wine Tasting Adventure; 8/2/2010-8/6/2010 (Napa, Sonoma): I believe this is made (or bottled) specially for the French Laundry. Nice bubbly to start meal. A bit subtle on nose. Lemon, crisp red and green apple and good acidity. Straight shot, a bit plain but nicely balanced. Moderate finish.
