October 24, 2014 - Fizz & Fish @ Master's (Master's Super Fish, Waterloo): Reasonably rich and full but acetone on the nose. Takes over and dominates this. Not a relaxed/settled bottle. A little grubby. Curiously, a previous bottle of this in 2011 was jittery too.
June 30, 2013 - In a great state at the moment with nice maturity with most initial floral and fruity tones intact.
August 24, 2011 - Very CdB, crisp lean and chalky, nice but not strutting yet.
August 23, 2011 - Eclectic mixture tasted blind (Medlar, Chelsea, London): Yeasty and frothy, quite sweet on the palate, easy and likeable
August 23, 2011 - Ian S's Blind at The Medlar (The Medlar, London): Bruised apple nose. Creamy attack, fresh across the mid-palate. Quite refreshing. Seems to be plenty there though a little out of kilter at the moment, give it time. **(*)
August 4, 2011 - Delicate but ripe yellow fruits, piercing mineral finish. Not as elegant as expected, but a pretty floral and refreshing drink. Seems unresolved, will probably be more interesting in a few years once the primary fruit starts to settle down.
