July 8, 2011 - Very dark ruby color ~ On the nose lots of berry notes, cherry, vanilla, wood & wet steel ~ On the palate it's medium bodied, moderate to high acid & moderate tannin, there's blueberry, red plum, pepper, milk chocolate & coffee ~ A solid wine made in a more rustic style

October 1, 2010 - Had this at Carlos's great wine, rich with berries with than zinfandel balance and smoothness. Heavy on the tannins, but can be drunk without food.
