  December 26, 2017 - Three years since I last opened a bottle. It is holding up well at the ten year mark. Dark fruit on the nose, the palate was dark berries, a hint of cherry and some spice. Finish was of moderate length.

  December 28, 2014 - We PNP'd, dark fruit on the nose, the palate was a lot of fruit with a hint of spice. A nice finish. Some of my guests preferred this to the Pax Syrah that followed.

  October 19, 2014 - OK, so now I'm much less impressed. Perhaps inconsistency is normal? This bottle was hot off the mark and never settled down. In fact, too "hot" to even get any legit fruit notes. Hope my next bottle is more like my first.
