February 27, 2019 - Mildly greenish but mostly clear color. Smells like a particularly creamy vanilla shake. Lovely, creamy mouthfeel. Sweet up front with a Pleasant bitterness on the back end through the finish that reminds me of the inside part of a walnut shell. Notes of sweet cream and a bit of custard.

    Yeast: Kyokai 9
Umami central. This is full bodied, lots of presence, and is filled with mushrooms, soy, and forest floor.
