February 21, 2016 - Opened one hour in advance. Restrained red fruit aroma. Lovely flavors of currant and tobacco. Touch of menthol in the finish. Balanced, solid backbone, linear, good staying power.
A good, traditional Bordeaux, excellent value. -

November 17, 2014 - Solid performer. Notes of tar, but subdued. Subtle tannins for this appellation. Very, very balanced with a medium finish. Decanting improves the openness, even at this stage. Sorry that this one was my last bottle!
