March 17, 2013 - This is still performing very well, and no major differences from the last bottle, got some light dusty tartness but still very good. Excellent QPR. After reading my previous note, I found it hilarious that I paired the wine with the EXACT same food. Creature of habit I guess.

October 3, 2011 - This is a great chardonnay, lots for floral and honey on the nose, with just a tiny bit of toast. The taste was full but crisp, no buttery flavors, nice pear and peaches, with a little bit of hay. This paired very well with chicken and augratin potatos. I highly recommend Calais the next time you're in Dallas.
