  September 4, 2010 - Great wine - especially with Spicier Sausage. Bouquet: Peach and Guava, a slight scent of Fresh Snow, Crushed fresh leaves and sour apple. Palate: Tight citrus, acidic, tomato, pine or cedar - very sharp!

  August 26, 2010 - Unfortunately my second bottle of this is nothing like the first one of a week ago (ie - perhaps disregard that tasting note?) - I can't beleive this was sourced from the same wine maker. This may betray the problem with the 90+ Cellars "virtual vineyard" business model.
  
  This time: distinct sulfur notes dominate the nose; mouth is astringent and sulfurous with barely noticeable fruit; unredeeming finish. NZ SB should be crisp, clean, bright and refreshing - this is none of the those . . . and is going straight down the drain.
  
  With such a dramatic difference between these two bottles - buying 90+ Cellars mat be a bit like russian roulette -- even at $9 a bottle there are better ways to waste money.
