March 17, 2018 - I concur with the last reviewer. This is a good and enjoyable wine. Perhaps there were bottle variations or poorly stored cases otherwise i can t explain the low scores from previous reviews from three or four years ago when this wine should have been entering its peak. Right now it is slightly past its peak but still can offer a very good experience. In fact, i am going to look after some more at current internet price is a steal. Black fruits, hoisin sauce, a bit of tar and spice on the nose which is very much alive now, on the palate is balanced and a bit light for an Aussie wine, and there is were you feel like this is slightly past its peak, but again, at this stage all is well integrated. Drank after a 1 hour decant

September 6, 2017 - Don't agree with a lot of the reviews. ....i think this wine has hit it's peak but still drinking quite good. colour is good and fruit is still alive, quite acidic on the finish. Not a great wine but still drinking very good.

October 20, 2016 - Took a few hours to open up in the decanter, before that it was more age structured than fruit drive, refined but not remarkable. Time in character started developing nose and the back palate with BArossan black fruits, and the back palate started gripping. Not as big as you would expect from Two Hands (this is a Two Hands made wine), I have enjoyed this, but drink now and over the next 12 months for sure.
