October 23, 2016 - Glorious carbonation, med-dry mouth, green apple with hazelnuts and flowers. Lovely.

October 10, 2015 - sadly this bottle was not as I remembered at the winery (long finish, fantastic nose). The bouquet was faint. Tastes fine but the long finish has shortened. Past its prime. A shame!

March 7, 2014 - Array of apple types on the nose with nicely integrated pear and lemon, effervescence is relatively lively and acidity is quite refreshing quite pleasurable though I feel this will get better in 5 or so more years

December 26, 2013 - A bit more body and complexity than an average brut, has notes of pear, green apple, and a hint of vanilla bean. Very crisp with long finish.
