May 31, 2021 - PnP. Smoothed out after 10-15 minutes but was thinner than I remembered. Might be getting toward the end. Will try another bottle soon.
Oops just looked at my note from last month. It was either bottle variation or I was in a bad mood. (Another wine didn’t taste as good as I expected yesterday either.) -

April 14, 2021 - PnP with strip steak. No detailed notes. Huge nose on opening. Big, rich smooth, earthy. Great pairing. Still time left.

February 16, 2019 - Nez intense, mûre, lavande, violette (un peu rhodanien...)
En bouche, tanins bien intégrés mais toujours structurants. Mûre cuite, bois torréfié, poivre blanc. Longue persistance sur l'anis ou la réglisse.
