  July 28, 2013 - Upon opening, this had such a strong iron finish, i almost gave up on it. 45 minutes later, the iron blew off but this bottle never found the "wow" zone for me. I found the nose muted with a blueberry and strawberry - metallic finish. I am a big fan of 09' beaujolais, but this totally underwhelmed me. In my opinion, wines from Morgon are just light years ahead of the other regions. Every time I experiment outside this region ,I am let down.

  September 14, 2012 - Notes of mint, menthol, and peppermint. Blueberries, strawberries, and sweet cotton candy as well. Entirely pleasant for sure. Light, refreshing, and the perfect wine to sip while taking a long relaxing bath, listening to classical music, and reading. A bit of fresh clover on the nose, but lots of strawberry on the front of the palate for sure. A hint of spice at the end that is probably due to the wine being quite young. Nice finish as well. Great for what it is.

  April 18, 2012 - Very fragrant nose. Light to medium bodied. Spicy, red fruits palate with a noticeable tannic bite. Short length.
