January 1, 2022 - Coravined precisely 4 years ago. The experience this time was an improvement (86 pts last time), but still not a really good wine.

December 23, 2021 - In great shape but a little disappointing as it was fairly non-descript, sort of neutral with the beef-mushroom stew. opened up a bit but couldn't tell if the stew burried it or it was in a dumb phase, or it's just a fairly well-made wine lacking excitement. It was still nice, dark, very earthy, low nose. No fault at all but a bit boring. should have been in a really good place right now. W/K&N&L Seattle.

April 25, 2020 - Quintessential barolo. Tar, roses/floral, earth. Tannins are still prominent but pare perfectly with the strong acidity.

August 6, 2018 - Good, balanced concentration, deep rose pedals, tar, dried
Herbs, cola, there is some concentrated red fruits, but it takes a back seat. Broad, coating tannin, Very present, but not overtly aggressive.
