December 9, 2010 - Slightly dry yet still a nice mix of minerality and fruit, well balanced. We drank with smoked salmon and cream cheese, carrot and lentil soup and main of pork loin. It carried itself well not diminishing against the flavour of the food. Well enough structured to drink on its own and I think nicer than the other one in the range.
Wonderful aroma on the nose until the end.
