  March 23, 2016 - basically a flawed wine, too advanced to be correct for the age, golden in color and initially a dish rag odor, this went away but the wine seemed much older in texture and flavors than it's age should give. Would have called in interesting if 15 years old.

L'alcool est bien présent, l'acidité moyenne, le corps également, en bouche, le fruit est bien mûr, pâtissier, c'est davantage un Chenin de soleil. Les amers sont moins agréables en finale, alors qu'une empreinte de craie donne une touche austère et sérieuse à ce 2009. Peu classique.

  April 21, 2012 - Strong colour; wet stone, pear, an exotic overtone; dry, crunchy fruit, a touch of salinity, weighty, youthful; powerful, vigorous finish.
