  May 4, 2012 - This is a great little wine for the price. Reminiscent of more complex Pinot's with it's spiciness and consistent structure. Much more what I would expect to get in a $25 to $30 Pinot. I will stock up on this.

  May 6, 2011 - 5th Street Dinner Club "Pinot from around the world" Blind Tasting (Long Beach, CA): Tasted single blind in a flight of six non-domestic Pinots. Fairly musty nose with some dark fruit showing. On the palate, simple cherry and oak flavors with good balance and a pleasing finish. My #4, group's #2.

  April 1, 2011 - Black cherry, vanilla and plum on the nose. Thin to medium bodied with a crisp mouthfeel. Nicely integrated soft tannic structure. Short and plain finish. Paired with pineapple basted Virginia ham, roasted potatoes and carrots.

  September 21, 2010 - Pale red hue. Very light body, ripe cherry, cherry pit and vanilla. Not bad for the price.
