July 20, 2011 - Not too opaque; lighter purple, moderate-dark red. Shut down on the nose, some dark cherry after about an hour. Decent tannic response on the finish, light body but OK acidity and fruit balance. Overall an OK light 13.5% ALC offering, but the minimal palate dimension and light body puts this one at a disadvantage.

June 5, 2011 - Hate to pan this wine, but aromatically challenged. Semi-opaque. Initially, an astringent attack with brambles and cranberry. Transitions to pleasant but disjointed red fruits. Medium-long finish.
