  February 16, 2013 - Ruby red with red fruit aromas. It was balanced with some acidity and had lots of red fruit on the palate. It was clean tasting and had a long finish. I currently favor a Tempranillo like this far above a CA Pinot Noir at similar pricing. I guess that I am looking for something to broaden my palate. For an everyday wine, this was very good.

  September 17, 2010 - A nice basic rioja flavor profile with dark fruit, smoke, leather. A little thin in the middle and the finish wasn't as nice, but still an enjoyable wine.
